PARALLEL READY STANCE: At "C"
facing "D"
1. Look left and then move left foot into a
RIGHT L- STANCE toward "A" with a TWIN KNIFEHAND GUARDING BLOCK.
2. Step toward "A" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH PUNCH.
3. Look right, move right foot clockwise toward
"B" into a LEFT L- STANCE with TWIN KNIFEHAND GUARDING BLOCK.
4. Step toward "B" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE
with a LEFT HIGH PUNCH.
5. Look left and move LEFT foot toward "D" into
LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT LOW BLOCK.
6. Step toward "D" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH PUNCH.
7. Step toward "D" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE
with a LEFT HIGH PUNCH.
8. Step toward "D" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH PUNCH.
9. PIVOT on right foot, moving LEFT foot
counter-clockwise (270 degrees) toward "E" into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a
TWIN FOREARM HIGH BLOCK.
10. Step toward "E" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH PUNCH.
11. Look right, moving right foot clockwise
(180 degrees) toward "F" into a LEFT L- STANCE with a TWIN FOREARM HIGH
BLOCK.
12. Step toward "F" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE
with a LEFT HIGH PUNCH.
13. Look left, moving left foot toward "C" into
a LEFT WALKING STANCE and execute in rapid succession: LEFT LOW BLOCK /
RIGHT LOW PUNCH / LEFT HIGH BLOCK.
14. Step toward "C" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH BLOCK.
15. Step toward "C" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE
with a LEFT HIGH BLOCK.
16. Step toward "C" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH BLOCK.
17. PIVOT on right foot, counter-clockwise (270
degrees) toward "A" into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a LEFT SINGLE KNIFEHAND
STRIKE.
18. Step toward "A" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE
with a RIGHT HIGH PUNCH.
19. Move right foot clockwise (180 degrees)
toward "B" into a LEFT L- STANCE with a RIGHT SINGLE KNIFEHAND STRIKE.
