Joon-Gun (32 movements): Joong-Gun is named after the patriot Ahn Joong-Gun
who assassinated Hiro Bumi Ito, the first Japanese governor-general of
Korea, known as the man who played the leading part in the Korea-Japan
merger. There are 32 movements in this patter to represent Mr Ahn's age
when he was executed at Lui-Shung in 1910.

CLOSE READY STANCE B: Facing -D-
at -C- (feet together, right fist covered by left hand at solar plexus
level).
1. Look left and move left foot toward -A- into
a LEFT L-STANCE with a left reverse knifehand block to -A-.
2. & 3. Execute a left front kick to -A-;
lower left foot and step right foot to -A- into a LEFT REAR FOOT STANCE
with a slow-motion palm-up pressing block with the right palm toward
-A-.
4. Move right foot 180 degrees clockwise toward
-B- into a LEFT L- STANCE with a right reverse knifehand block to -B-.
5. & 6. Execute a right front kick to -B-;
lower right foot and step left foot to -B- into a RIGHT REAR FOOT STANCE
with a slow-motion palm-up pressing block with the left palm toward -B-.
7 & 8. Move the left foot
counter-clockwise toward -D- into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a twin
knifehand guarding block to -D-; shift left foot into a LEFT WALKING
STANCE toward -D- and execute a right upward elbow strike to -D-.
9. & 10. Move right foot toward -D- into
a LEFT L- STANCE with a twin knifehand guarding block to -D-; shift
right foot into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE toward -D- and execute a left
upward elbow strike to -D-.
11. Step left foot toward -D- into a LEFT
WALKING STANCE with a twin high horizontal punch.
12. Step right foot toward -D- into a RIGHT
WALKING STANCE with a twin uppercut punch to -D-.
13. Pivot on right foot while moving left foot
counter-clockwise toward -C- in a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a high
X-block with closed fists.
14. Move left foot counter-clockwise toward -E-
into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a high left bent arm backfist toward -E-.
15. Twist the left fist counter-clockwise until
the back fist faces downward, at the same time forming a LEFT WALKING
STANCE toward -E-, slipping the left foot to -E-.
16. Execute a high punch to -E- with the right
fist while maintaining a LEFT WALKING STANCE toward -E-.
PERFORM # 15 & # 16 in a fast motion.
17. Bring left foot to right foot, then step
right foot toward -F- into a LEFT L- STANCE with a right bent arm
backfist toward -D-;
18. Twist the right fist clockwise until the
back fist faces downward while forming a RIGHT WALKING STANCE toward
-F-, slipping the right foot to -F-.
19. Execute a high punch to -F- with the
left fist while maintaining a RIGHT WALKING STANCE toward -F-.
20. & 21. & 22. & 23. Pivot on both feet
and move left foot slightly counter-clockwise toward -C- into a LEFT
WALKING STANCE with an augmented forearm block to -C-; shift left foot
back into a RIGHT L- STANCE toward -C- with a left straight punch;
execute a right middle side piercing kick to -C-; lowering right foot to
-C- in a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with an high augmented forearm block to
-C-.
24. & 25. & 26. Shift right foot back
into a LEFT L- STANCE with a right straight punch to -C-; execute a left
middle side piercing kick to -C-, lowering left foot to -C- in a RIGHT
L- STANCE with a middle forearm guarding block to -C-.
27. Shift left foot into a LEFT WALKING STANCE
to -C- with a twin palm pressing block to -C- (left palm up and right
palm down).
28. Step toward -C- with LEFT L- STANCE and
middle forearm guarding block.
29. Shift right foot to -C- into a RIGHT
WALKING STANCE with a twin palm pressing block to -C-(right palm up and
left palm down).
30. Move left foot to right foot turning
counter-clockwise to face -B- and execute a angle punch with the right
fist. PERFORM IN A SLOW MOTION!
31. Step toward -B- with the right foot into a
RIGHT FIXED STANCE with a U-shape block (left hand high and right hand
low).
32. Bring right foot to left foot, turning
counter-clockwise, then step toward -A- with the left foot into a LEFT
FIXED STANCE with a U-shape block to -A- (right hand high and left hand
low).
MOVE LEFT FOOT TO RIGHT FOOT INTO CLOSED
