(28 movements): Won-Hyo was the noted monk who introduced
Buddhism to the Silla Dynasty in the year 686 AD.

CLOSE READY STANCE A: at -C-
facing -D- (right fist covered by left fist at nose level)
1 - 2 - 3. Look left, move left foot 90 degrees
toward -A- into a RIGHT L- STANCE while executing a twin forearm high
block (right high and left outer); execute a right palm-up knifehand
strike to neck level while striking right shoulder with left side fist;
move left foot toward -A- into a LEFT FIXED STANCE with a left middle
punch.
4 - 5 - 6. Look right, move left foot to right
foot then step with right foot toward -B- into a LEFT L- STANCE while
executing a twin forearm high block (left high and right outer); execute
a left palm-up knifehand strike to neck level while striking left
shoulder with right side fist; move right foot toward -B- into a RIGHT
FIXED STANCE with a right middle punch.
7. & 8. & 9. Look left, move left foot to right
foot and execute a left middle side piercing kick to -D-, lowering left
foot to -D- in a RIGHT L- STANCE with a twin knifehand guarding block to
-D-.
10. Advance into a LEFT L- STANCE with a twin
knifehand guarding block to -D-.
11. Advance into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a twin
knifehand guarding block to -D-.
12. Step right foot to -D- into a RIGHT WALKING
STANCE with a right middle spearhand.
13. & 14. & 15. Look left, pivot on
right foot, move left foot counter-clockwise toward -E- into a RIGHT L-
STANCE with a twin forearm high block (right high and left outer);
execute a right palm-up knifehand strike to neck level while striking
right shoulder with left side fist; move left foot to -E- into a LEFT
FIXED STANCE with a left middle punch.
16. & 17. & 18. Look right, move left foot to
right foot then step toward -F- with right foot into a LEFT L- STANCE
with a twin forearm high block (left high and right outer); execute a
left palm-up knifehand strike to neck level while striking left shoulder
with right side fist; move right foot to -F- into a RIGHT FIXED STANCE
with a right side punch.
19. & 20. & 21. Bring right foot to left foot,
then step toward -C- with left foot into a LEFT WALKING STANCE while
executing a right circular inside-out block with the inner forearm;
execute a right front snap kick to -C-, lower right foot into a RIGHT
WALKING STANCE with a left reverse punch.
22. & 23. & 24. Execute a left circular
inside-out block with the inner forearm; left front snap kick to -C-
lowering left foot to -C- into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a right
reverse punch.
25.
Turn the face toward -C-, forming a LEFT
BENDING READY STANCE A toward -C-.
26. Execute a middle side piercing kick to -C-
with the right foot.
27. Lower the right foot on line -CD-, and then
move the left foot to -A-, turning counter-clockwise to form a RIGHT
L-STANCE toward -A-, at the same time executing a middle guarding block
to -A- with the forearm.
28. Bring the left foot to the right foot, and
then move the right foot to -B-, forming a LEFT L-STANCE toward -A-
while executing a middle guarding block to -B- with the forearm.
MOVE RIGHT FOOT TO LEFT FOOT, FORMING CLOSE
READY STANCE A TOWARD -D-
